<div class="desc"><p>Returns <code>true</code> when <code>s</code> begins with <code>prefix</code>, comparing byte for byte over the length of the prefix. An empty prefix always matches. Use it to route commands (<code>"/help ..."</code>), recognize a tag, or branch on a filename extension without slicing first.</p></div>
